Venues and Capacity:

Guests are greeted with a 2,000-foot tree-lined entrance presenting magnificent views of the Delaware River and then magnificent and unique venues. We are sure to provide the WOW factor for your guests! These private event spaces set an intimate atmosphere for you and your guests, with modern decor and riverfront views to captivate your guests.

Pen Ryn Mansion boasts unique architecture around every corner. With a open flow cocktail hour (Library, Parlor and Gallery Spaces) leading into a Grand Ballroom suited to be mesmerizing.

Belle Voir Manor is an exquisite open concept cocktail hour with 22-foot-high ceilings and a breathtaking staircase/balcony fit for royalty. Having once been the Carriage House for the Mansion, the architecture is unlike anything you’ve seen – we matched old and new world perfectly.

River’s Edge is our newest venue! She is a state-of-the-art tent with fully temperature control system (both heating and air conditioning). The permanent patio paver floors is just waiting for guests to have a night to remember. The natural light this venue boats make for golden hour all day! Plus the best feature is the entire venue is just 100 feet from the Delaware River, making it the perfect indoor/outdoor location!
