What’s New: Documents Feature on Garden State Bride

Planning a wedding involves a lot of paperwork, and we know how stressful it can be to keep track of it all. That’s why we’ve launched Documents on Garden State Bride – a new feature designed to help you stay organized. With Documents, you can:

  • Upload and store contracts, receipts, and important papers
  • Easily access your wedding documents from any device
  • Keep everything neatly categorized in one place

No more searching through emails or piles of paper – with Documents, you’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Log in now and start organizing your wedding documents effortlessly!

 

Here is how it works: 

Step 1: Choose Your Category

Click on the dropdown menu labeled “Choose your category”.
Select the appropriate category for your vendor from the list of available options.

Step 2: Choose Your Vendor

Click on the dropdown menu labeled “Choose your vendor”.
Select your vendor from the list of available vendors.

Step 3: Invite Your Vendor (If Not Listed)

If you cannot find your vendor in the list, you can invite them by clicking on the link labeled “Invitation to Join Garden State Bride”.
Follow the instructions to send an invitation to your vendor.

Step 4: Add Documents

Under the “Documents” section, click on “+ Add Document”.Select the Document type by choosing one of the following options:Certificate of Insurance
Contract
Invoice
Other
Questionnaire
To upload a document, click on the “Upload” button in the “Add document” section.
Alternatively, you can select a document from your Media library.
Repeat this process if you need to add more documents by clicking “+ Add Document” again.

Step 5: Add Notes (Optional)

In the “Notes” section, you can add any additional information or comments.
Use the formatting options available (Bold, Italic, Bulleted List, Numbered List, Hyperlink, and Clear Formatting) to format your notes as needed.

Step 6: Save Your Documents

Once you have filled in all the necessary information and added your documents, click on the “Save your documents” button at the bottom of the page.
Your vendor information and documents will be saved on the Garden State Bride platform.

Following these steps will help you successfully add and save your vendor details and related documents on the Garden State Bride platform.
