The wedding affair was awesome, from the cocktail hour to the minute I left service was impeccable, food was excellent the room was huge plenty w/ of room to move around the Ambience was a hair shy of perfect anyone having any type of venue should at least put this place on your list. You can thank me later!!!

Our wedding was this past weekend and I could not get here fast enough to write a review. Matt and Chris really know what they’re doing when it comes to weddings, I cannot tell you how many people raved about the food, and atmosphere. The beauty of this venue is that you have full Creativity to decorate to your desired look. Where some might find this as a con, this is the biggest pro because each bride & groom have their own style. The wait staff, bridal assistant, maitre d, bartenders.. everything was truly excellent and exceeded any expectations I had. You will not be disappointed!!

Our daughter and now son in law got married at SGM last Friday evening. Everything was absolutely perfect from the time we arrived in the morning until the party ended at almost midnight. Chris and Matthew assured us that a wedding coordinator was not necessary and they were right. They didn’t miss any detail. Thank you to not only Matthew and Chris, but to Bobby and Lisette and the entire staff at SGM for the impeccable service all day and night. The food was delicious from the cocktail hour to the delicious desserts. So many of our guests are raving about the wedding and the food. It was truly remarkable!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We just got married here this past weekend and there is nothing bad to say. From the moment we inquired about South Gate until our wedding day, they have been nothing but fabulous and over the top. Matt and Chris are so great. They answered every question or concern and were on top of everything. Though they own South Gate, they are sure to be present at all times. The staff is simply amazing. Throughout the whole day, they were always checking in, refreshing anything food or drinks, and making sure the suites were cleaned up and attended to. Lissette was my bridal attendant and she was awesome! During pictures, she helped with my dress as well as throughout the night and always made sure I had a drink in my hand! Our captain waiters, David and Joy, were there throughout the day to make sure all our needs were met and were great with our families! David was so talkative and talked me through my nerves up until the moment of "I dos". Bobby, our Matri'd, absolutely phenomenal from the moment we met him. We had a bigger bridal party so I am sure at times it was difficult to round us up but he had it under control. Throughout the whole night, he made sure we knew what we were doing and if my dress was dragging on the floor, he pinned it up! He was there for every minute up into the last minute. He is GREAT and such a welcoming person. Our day was what we dreamed of and more. The staff, the food, the owners, the personal help... everything is OUTSTANDING! You will not regret choosing this special venue for your special day or night! If I could relive our wedding, I absolutely would!

We had our wedding at the South Gate Manor on July 5, 2024 and it was absolutely outstanding! The Marino family, the staff of David, Bobby, all of the servers, valet, bartenders and staff were amazing and provided impeccable service. Our guests were so pleased with the food, service and decor and raved about it! It truly was a memorable wedding for us and our guests. We highly recommend SGM for your wedding venue, they are five stars.

My husband and I just got married at the South Gate Manor on 6/28/24 and we cannot say enough great things about the South Gate Manor. Between the staff, the food and everything leading up to the wedding day Chris & Mathew made the process so seamless for us. We have yet to go to another venue with such amazing food. From cocktail hour all the way to the entrees, everything was absolutely delicious. We still have guests raving about how incredible the food was. The professionalism of their staff is incredible. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and treat you like family. Our Maitre D’ Bobby made sure we were treated like royalty as well as our bridal assistant Lisette. The service was truly impeccable. Not to mention the beautiful grounds and ballroom for pictures and dancing! The venue is beautifully decorated, clean and smells amazing upon walking through the doors. Would 1000/10 recommend getting married at the South Gate Manor for your dream wedding!
