From start to finish, my experience with A-LIst Car Service was top-notch. Upon my first inquiry about reserving car service for a New York City trip for myself and my two children, I received a prompt response and detailed information. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. Our driver, Steve, contacted me prior to the trip date to make sure I had all his contact info. On the morning of, he arrived not only on time, but early. We traveled in a pristine black on black Cadillac Escalade, which provided more than enough room for the three of us. The trip to NYC was smooth and comfortable. Steve contacted me prior to our departure to confirm the pick-up spot and time. He was right on time at our agreed upon location. We had another smooth and comfortable ride back home. I can't recommend A-List Car Service enough! I will definitely use their service again in the future.
